As a world-renowned presenter and Master Trainer in Pilates and Indoor Cycling, he has certified thousands of trainers with his creative techniques and consulted facilities in almost every single state and all across the world. Kris is also a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist and a published author with Human Kinetics.
Korlates pilates reformer classes are a great way to improve your balance and posture, increase flexibility, and tone your body in a safe, and comfortable environment. Beginners will feel at ease as Kris will carefully monitor you and adjust the exercises for your specific needs.
This is NOT TRADITIONAL PILATES! The classes are made up of Pilates-based exercises performed on professional reformer machines with towers, kettle bells, mini trampolines, TRX suspension systems, jump boards, resistance cords, weighted hula hoops, medicine balls, and other fitness tools to add variety and challenge.
