    Why Korlates Fitness with Kristopher Kory?

    Train with a seasoned professional in every class! Kris has been teaching fitness and dance programs for over 40 years.

      He was a professional dancer in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and performed in "Jubilee" at Bally's in Las Vegas.  As a world-renowned presenter and Master Trainer in Pilates and Indoor Cycling, he has certified thousands of trainers with his creative techniques and consulted facilities in almost every single state and all across the world.  Kris is also a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist and a published author with Human Kinetics.

    Begin with the ability you have today!

    Korlates pilates reformer classes are a great way to improve your balance and posture, increase flexibility, and tone your body in a safe, and comfortable environment.  Beginners will feel at ease as Kris will carefully monitor you and adjust the exercises for your specific needs. 

    Studio classes are 50 minute semi-private classes with 8 people maximum.

    This is NOT TRADITIONAL PILATES!  The classes are made up of Pilates-based exercises performed on professional reformer machines with towers, kettle bells, mini trampolines, TRX suspension systems, jump boards, resistance cords, weighted hula hoops, medicine balls, and other fitness tools to add variety and challenge.
